The exercise could be easy or more challenging, but it has to be one that will work on what an individual needs and one they will be willing to complete again and again. If a person is not a runner, why would they take up running, even if it gives them the body they've always wanted. Sooner or later, this person will stop running and their exercise plan will be sitting on the couch, thinking about why they are no longer running.
